The company, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," specializes in holiday planning and bookings. The scope of services includes but is not limited to providing travel advice, itinerary planning, accommodation reservations, transportation arrangements, and other related services to clients, hereinafter referred to as the "Customers." The Services are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Customers can request holiday planning and bookings through the Service Provider's website, or directly through its channels such as FIVERR. By utilising the Services, Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the booking process, including personal details, travel preferences, and payment information.
Upon submission of a booking request, the Service Provider will send a confirmation to the Customer. The booking will be considered confirmed once the Customer makes the required payment as per the quotation provided by the Service Provider. Payment may be made through the available payment options, and the Service Provider reserves the right to charge additional fees for certain payment methods.
The prices quoted by the Service Provider for holiday planning and bookings are subject to change based on availability, seasonal fluctuations, and other factors. The quoted prices will include the specified services and amenities outlined in the agreed itinerary. Any additional services or changes requested by the Customer may result in supplementary charges.
The Service Provider understands that circumstances may require Customers to make changes to their travel plans. The cancellation policy is designed to accommodate such situations and is as follows:
Cancellation Requests:
Customers may request cancellations or modifications to their bookings at any time. However, the amount of refund, if applicable, will depend on the timing of the cancellation relative to the arrival date.
Refund Schedule:
a) Cancellations made up to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date: Customers will be eligible for a 100% refund of the total stay amount, and no additional charges will be deducted.
b) Cancellations made up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: Customers will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total stay amount. The remaining 50% will be retained by the Service Provider as cancellation charges.
c) Cancellations made from 1 day to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date and in case of no-shows: Customers will not be eligible for any refund, and the total stay amount will be charged in full.
Refund Processing:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the Service Provider. The Service Provider will make all reasonable efforts to process refunds promptly, but the actual timeline for receiving the refunded amount may vary based on payment methods and financial institutions involved.
Modification Requests:
Customers may also request modifications to their bookings, subject to availability and the Service Provider's approval. In the case of modifications that result in a reduction of the total stay amount, the applicable refund will be determined based on the cancellation policy mentioned above.
Please note that the cancellation policy outlined above applies to the Services provided by the Service Provider for holiday planning and bookings. Separate cancellation policies may apply to specific components of the travel package, such as accommodation, transportation, or activities, and will be communicated to Customers at the time of booking.
Customers are encouraged to review the cancellation policy carefully before finalising their bookings to understand their rights and responsibilities in case of any changes to their travel plans. The Service Provider remains committed to delivering a seamless and enjoyable travel experience and will be available to assist Customers with any inquiries or requests related to cancellations and refunds.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for the destinations they plan to visit. It is highly recommended that Customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the itinerary or substitute elements of the holiday package if circumstances beyond their control make such changes necessary. In such cases, the Service Provider will inform the Customer of any alterations and seek their approval, offering alternative options if possible.
While the Service Provider strives to deliver exceptional service, they shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, accidents, delays, or inconveniences experienced by the Customer during the holiday planning and booking process or while availing the Services. Customers acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree to indemnify the Service Provider from any claims arising during their travel including: Broken items at the property after stay and excessive dirt.
The Service Provider will collect and process Customer information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Customer data will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the Services and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
These general conditions and any disputes arising from the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any legal actions or proceedings relating to these terms and conditions shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Spain.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these general conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Services after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
By availing the Services of the Service Provider, the Customers acknowledge their understanding and agreement to abide by these general conditions.
